As I have mentioned in my previous posts, I used to sell timeshare (pre-children and pre-husband). My current friends often ask me tips and tricks to using their timeshare weeks (or points) depending on which you have. While some people are not so fond of timeshare, I think it is a great way to "make" you take a vacation... everyone needs a vacation once in a while!
RCI and Interval Internation (I.I.) are two of the major exchange companies in the timeshare world. How to navigate these two and get the most out of what you have is a questions that comes up the most when conversing about vacationing and timeshares. Navigating RCI and II is definitely a huge concern for a lot of people. Whether you own points or weeks, you probably have some type of connection to RCI or II (which are only trading companies and do not really "own" the properties). I always recommend the "Timeshare Exchange Bible" to my friends who are struggling with trading or exchanging their weeks. The Timeshare Exchange Bible comes in two editions: The RCI Edition and The Interval International Edition.
If you are interested in either of these books, you can click on the links above or below to check out all they have to offer. It's a small price to pay for something you have invested so much money into!
